Changing my booking – minicabit

You have the ability to modify the pickup date or time of your booking prior to the cancellation cut-off time. This cut-off time is specified in the confirmation email we have sent you. To view an example of this email, please click here.

We highly recommend that you amend your booking on your own. This self-service option allows you to quickly and easily adjust your reservation details without needing to contact customer support.

How do I change the pickup date or time myself?

Guest users

Guest users are customers who have not created an account with minicabit.
Open the confirmation email you were sent and from there you can select the option to amend the booking. Just scroll down to the bottom of the email and click on 'Manage my booking'.

Account Users

For those who have created an account and want to change a booking in their account.

What if I don't want to change the booking myself?

What will I need to provide?

You'll need to give us your Booking Reference Number, and the changes you wish to make for us to determine whether we can amend it for you or if you'll need to rebook.

Can I make any changes to the booking for free?

For changes such as address change, number of passengers or luggage etc. You may be required to cancel your booking and rebook. This is because:

if you change the pickup or drop off address, the price estimate will change.
if you are adding additional passengers or luggage, you would require a different sized vehicle than the one originally allocated.
you want to add an additional pickup or drop off address
