Can I amend my booking? – minicabit

Yes you can!

Providing you want to make the changes before cancellation cut off time, you can change the pickup date or time of your booking. To see a sample email, click here.

We recommend modifying your booking yourself for a fast and easy adjustment without having to contact our customer Support team.
There are options below, depending on whether you are a guest user (booked but not created a minicabit account), or an account user (booked and created a minicabit account) or are using the app.

Guest Users - from the confirmation email

Open your confirmation email and click 'Manage my booking' at the bottom to amend your booking.

Account Users - web based

App Users

That's fine. You can also request to change this information from the following -
- by submitting a request through our Contact Us form
- by email at info@minicabit.com
- or by clicking on the live chat icon in the bottom corner of this screen.
We recommend only choosing the above option if your booking is more than 72 hours away, otherwise, please call us on +441234 978 010.

What will I need to provide?

You'll need to give us your Booking Reference Number, and the changes you wish to make for us to determine whether we can amend it for you or if you'll need to rebook.

For changes such as address change, number of passengers or luggage etc. You may be required to cancel your booking and rebook. This is because:
- if you change the pickup or drop off address, the price estimate will change.
- if you are adding additional passengers or luggage, you would require a different sized vehicle than the one originally allocated.
- you want to add an additional pickup or drop off address, this is called a VIA and incurs an additional cost.
