How soon before pickup time can I cancel?

• You can cancel your booking up to the cancellation cut off time
• Please do not contact the Cab Provider directly. Your booking will only be cancelled if you follow the steps below.

Where can I find the cancellation cut off time?

• You will find the cancellation cut-off time for your trip in your booking confirmation email.

I am within the cut-off time and want to cancel the booking

• If you are within the cancellation period, click on Manage my booking located at the bottom of your confirmation email and from there you can cancel your booking.

When will I receive my refund?

• How long do I have to wait for a refund?

I am outside the cut off time, but still want to cancel

That's absolutely fine, however, as per our Terms & Conditions, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a refund for the booking.
