Can I amend my booking?
Yes you can!
You can change the pickup date or time of your booking before the cancellation cut-off time mentioned in your confirmation email. To see a sample email, click here.
We recommend modifying your booking yourself for a quick and easy adjustment without contacting customer support.
How do I change the pickup date or time myself?
There are 2 options, depending on whether you are a guest user (booked but not created a minicabit account), or an account user (booked and created a minicabit account)
Guest Users
- Open your confirmation email and click 'Manage my booking' at the bottom to amend your booking.

What if I don't want to change the booking myself?
You can also request to change this information from the following -
- by submitting a request through our Contact Us form
- by email at info@minicabit.com
- or by clicking on the live chat icon in the bottom corner of this screen.
What will I need to provide?
You'll need to give us your Booking Reference Number, and the changes you wish to make for us to determine whether we can amend it for you or if you'll need to rebook.
Can I make any changes to the booking for free?
For changes such as address change, number of passengers or luggage etc. You may be required to cancel your booking and rebook. This is because:
- if you change the pickup or drop off address, the price estimate will change.
- if you are adding additional passengers or luggage, you would require a different sized vehicle than the one originally allocated.
- you want to add an additional pickup or drop off address
