What size of car do I need?
With minicabit, you just need to enter the total number of passengers and how much total luggage they’ll have in to our booking form, and then our service presents quotes for the appropriate size of car.
Why do I need to add all my luggage?
- It's important to add all luggage as this will ensure the correct size vehicle is sent. You can choose your luggage when making your booking from the drop down menu.
What happens if I don't add all my luggage?
- The price you paid for your booking is based on not only the pickup and drop off addresses but also the number of passengers and luggage as different size cars will return different prices.
- If you don't add all your luggage, then the car sent to you will be based on the car size you booked with which may be too small. If the driver arrives and finds you have more luggage than specified, requiring a larger vehicle, the Cab Operator may charge extra for another car, and your original payment may not be refunded. So, it’s important to accurately list all luggage items.

I've made a booking but forgot to add all of my luggage, what do I do?
- That's ok. Providing you are within the cancellation cut off time, you'll simply need to cancel your existing booking and make a new booking with the luggage included.
