I want to book; how can I add luggage?
When you make a booking with minicabit, you'll see an option to enter the amount of luggage on the quotes page.
From there, you can specify the number of suitcases, hand luggage, or any other items from the list.
The item I want to bring isn’t in the drop-down list?
If your item isn’t listed, feel free to add it in the ‘Additional info’ box on the confirmation page. This will notify the Cab Provider, but you may need to reach out to them to see if a larger vehicle is needed, and any extra costs will be paid directly to them. If you disagree with the additional charge, you can cancel for a full refund before the cancellation deadline in your confirmation email.
I’ve already booked and forgot about luggage?
It’s possible that the car chosen for your booking might not accommodate your passengers and luggage.
The best thing to do is to cancel your booking and re-book it following the steps above to ensure all luggage or additional items are included.
If the driver arrives and finds you have more luggage than specified, requiring a larger vehicle, the Cab Operator may charge extra for another car, and your original payment may not be refunded. So, it’s important to accurately list all luggage items.
