Making a booking
From the minicabit app, you can book a trip. Please click here to find out more.
View other bookings
To view any other bookings you've made, you'll need to have an account.
Once you've logged in, head to My Bookings at the bottom of the screen to view all your bookings past and present.
My account information
My account, also found at the bottom of the screen, shows you how the booking process works; connects you to our FAQs; allows you to rate the App as well as create a business account with minicabit and view our Terms & Conditions.
Connect with us
Within the app, there's also the option to connect with our Support team by live chat. We're available 24/7 to answer any questions you might have about how to make a booking or a query on an existing booking.
You can either connect inside the App itself, by heading to My Account and clicking on the Live chat button. From there, simply click on the blue icon to start a chat.
