How do I view other bookings?
- To view any other bookings you've made, you'll need to have an account.
- Once you've logged in, head to My Bookings at the bottom of the screen to view all your bookings past and present.
What is 'my account'?
- My account, also found at the bottom of the screen, shows you how the booking process works; connects you to our FAQs; allows you to rate the App as well as create a business account with minicabit and view our Terms & Conditions.

- Within the app, there's also the option to connect with our Support team by live chat. We're available 24/7 to answer any questions you might have about how to make a booking or a query on an existing booking.
- You can either connect inside the App itself, by heading to My Account and clicking on the Live chat button. From there, simply click on the blue icon to start a chat.
