I can't find my pick-up / drop-off address
We are continually improving our location search, so hopefully this shouldn’t happen!
But if it does:
- Enter an address as close to the desired location as possible, then you can provide your exact pickup location in the 'Additional info' box on the Payment Page.
- For instance, if you can’t find ’12 Smith Street’ but can see ‘15 Smith Street’, you can choose the latter and then indicate that the pickup is at no. 12 in the ‘Additional info’ box on the Payment Page.
- Your driver should be made aware of this update and should not charge extra for your journey, provided that any extra distance is minimal.
