- Please note - by UK Law, children (Under 3 years old) are allowed to travel in the back seats of minicabs without a child seat or seatbelt. In the case that a child is over 3 years of age, they can travel without a child car seat provided they wear a seat belt.

I've requested a child seat, what do I do?
- If you have requested one you must check with your Cab Provider once your booking is made to ensure they are able to fulfil the booking.
Can I be charged extra?
- Yes, please note that child seats are subjected to availability and are not included in the price for the trip.
- You will need to settle this directly with the Provider.
The Cab Provider does not have a child seat
- Ok, that's no problem, we can try and find an alternative Provider for you.
- If your booking is in the next 12 hours, please contact us via live chat using the link to the bottom right of this screen.
- If your booking is more than 12 hours away, please drop us an email us at info@minicabit.com (include your booking reference number) and someone will be in touch.
- Please note you may still have to pay a small fee for the child seat.
