Where can I find the cut off time?
You will find the cancellation cut-off time for your trip in your booking confirmation email.
Please do not contact the Cab Provider directly. Your booking will only be cancelled if you follow the steps below.
I am within the cut-off time and want to cancel the booking
If you are within the cancellation period, click on Manage my booking located at the bottom of your confirmation email and from there you can cancel your booking.
I am outside the cut off time, but still want to cancel
That's absolutely fine, however, as per our Terms & Conditions, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a refund for the booking.
