What happens if the Cab Provider cannot complete my booking?

All Providers who accept a booking are obligated to fulfill that booking. However, it's important to note that we do not have control over their availability. In the rare situation where the Cab Provider you selected to complete your booking is unable to do so, we will make every effort to locate another Provider for you and inform you as soon as possible.
