What information will I receive after I make a booking?
We will send you a confirmation email to the email address used to make the booking.
Your confirmation email will look similar to the example below:
Where can I find the price I paid?
You will find this near the top of the email:
Where can I find the details of the Cab Provider assigned to the booking?
You will be provided with the name and phone number of the Provider alongside the pickup and drop off address you selected.
Will I be expected to pay anything else?
All of our bookings come with 15 minutes free wait time. If you are outside of this time, when you meet the driver, they may ask you to pay extra waiting charges and this needs to be settled between you and the driver.
In addition, if you have more luggage than was indicated at the time of booking, the driver may charge additional monies for the additional items, so please make sure you have indicated the correct amount of luggage in your booking to avoid any issues at pickup.

Where can I find an invoice for this booking?
