If there has been an issue with your booking, with regards to poor performance by your Cab driver or their Cab Operator, or from our service in general, then we would urge you to get in touch with us at your earliest possible convenience. minicabit is committed to providing a quality service for all customers, and your honest feedback – good or bad - helps us to achieve this goal. Of course, any complaints submitted by our customers will be taken very seriously, and we will endeavour aim to resolve them in the most satisfactory manner possible.
