How to book and manage Business Account trips
Admin:
To book a Business trip, Admin should go to minicabit.com/business, login and fill in their trip details. Once a quote it selected, on the payment screen
Admin can:
- Book for themselves
- Add a new passenger (details are saved in ‘My Passengers’ section of ‘My Account’)
- Select from a dropdown and book for a saved passenger
- Select from a dropdown and book for another Business Account Member
If an Admin books for another Business Account Member the Admin can manage the booking within their Business Dashboard. The Member will receive a confirmation email and SMS of the trip details and can also manage the booking within their ‘My Account’ page.
Bookings can also be edited or cancelled through the confirmation email.
To book a Personal trip head to minicabit.com
Staff Members:
To book a Business trip, Members should go to minicabit.com/business, login and fill in their trip details. Once a quote is selected, on the payment screen.
Staff Members can:
- Book for themselves
- Add a new passenger (details are saved in ‘My Passengers’ section of ‘My Account’)
- Select from a dropdown and book for a saved passenger
Staff Members can either add their own payment card or select the assigned payment card for their team. (note: a team may not have a payment card assigned)
To manage a booking Staff Member’s should go to their ‘My Account’ page at minicabit.com/business. Bookings can also be edited or cancelled through the confirmation email.
