Duty of care is put in place to make sure that customers travel safely and that they are aware of procedures and policies in the travel industry.
On our platform, minicab fleets are reviewed and rated by the customers.
As we are a third party booking agent, our internal team will review all fleets' performance on a weekly basis and ensure any issue is brought to their attention.
We can see the trip progress, from the cab operator accepting the booking to the customer being picked up from their specified address.
Our customer service team is always available to support and respond to any requirements.
