Airport Booking information
Below are some useful tips to consider when booking either an airport pickup or an airport drop off.
Going to the Airport (airport drop off)?
- Journey time - We show you the estimated journey time on the initial quote.
- Factor in traffic - Your pickup time should factor in traffic & generally to reach the airport 2-3 hours before take-off.
- Check in times - Please follow your airline's guidance for the time you need for check in.
- Book in advance - When making a booking try and book as far as advance as possible.

Flight number - Always include your flight number when booking:
This helps your Cab Operator track any delays. -
Meet & Greet - Expect a ‘Meet & Greet’ service from your Cab Operator:
Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying your name. - Cab Operator details - Note your Cab Operator’s name and phone number, and keep your phone on upon arrival. These details are in your booking confirmation email.
- Delays - Notify the cab operator if delayed: If your flight is delayed, the driver will arrive 30 minutes after the new landing time, with 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting may incur a fee.
- Pickup time - For London Airports, set your pickup time after your flight lands, allowing time for customs and luggage collection.
