You should check your booking confirmation email (sent from email@example.com) for details about the cancellation cut-off time for your trip. Typically, for all vehicles carrying 8 or fewer passengers, you can cancel your booking up to approximately 2 hours before the pickup time, or before the time specified in your booking confirmation email, so please check this!

EARLY CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation request will be only be confirmed if it’s made via minicabit’s 'Contact Us' form. For a vehicle carrying 8 or less passengers, you will be able to cancel the booking up to 25 minutes before the trip's pick-up time OR before the time specified in your booking confirmation email. For a vehicle carrying 9 or more passengers, you will be able to cancel the booking up to a week before the trip's pick-up time OR before the time specified in your booking confirmation email. Simply informing the Cab Operator that you wish to cancel will not confirm the cancellation.
EARLY CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
If cancelling early, you will be refunded your entire trip payment (excluding any fees for credit card payments) where it has been paid in advance via minicabit (otherwise the booking is simply cancelled if paying by cash).
LATE CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
If cancelling late, there is no refund where the trip has been paid in advance via minicabit. If paying by cash and you cancel late, your profile will be marked which may prevent you from making future bookings with minicabit.
