What happens if I am late, or am unable to meet the driver?
Our Terms & Conditions state that your driver must wait for you for up to 15 minutes free of charge at the pickup point.
- If you appear more than 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time, it is at the Cab Operator's discretion if they will still take you, with any charges for this additional waiting time to be settled between you and the Cab Operator.
- In the event that you are delayed, or unable to reach your pickup point at the time scheduled, we strongly recommend that you contact your driver, or Cab Operator, on the phone number(s) provided in your confirmation email and SMS.
