How to enter your luggage details
We don’t assume you’ll be carrying anything, even if coming from an airport, unless you tell us. So our luggage selector reflects our customers’ feedback on the wide range of luggage categories they actually take.
- For every booking, you must choose from the luggage selector in our booking form ALL the luggage items you’re planning to take in the cab so that the right size of vehicle is suggested for the number of passengers and luggage items on the trip.
- If ever the luggage selector does not list the item you’re taking, you can enter that item later in your booking confirmation page in the ‘Additional info’ box – this will just inform the Cab Operator about this item. However, upon completing the booking, you will need to contact the Cab Operator to check if a larger car is needed to transport any items in the ‘Additional info’ box, in which case you can pay the Cab Operator direct. If you’re not happy with this extra cost, you can cancel the booking and get a full refund provided you do so before the cancellation date/time on your booking confirmation email.
- If the Cab driver arrives at your pickup point and discovers you have more luggage items than you specified anywhere in your booking (either in the luggage selector or ‘Additional info’ box), consequently requiring a larger sized vehicle, then the Cab Operator may likely charge you extra to send another car, and the payment for your original booking might not be refunded. Hence it is important to fully list the luggage items you’re planning to take.
